There was no longer any need to conduct systemic violations of The Security of Information Act and the United Nations Charter clandestinely after original coalition partners in the U.S. contacted the Custodian Chief Executive in the spring of ’03 and before the research segment of The Last Democratic Fiefdom was commenced.
The Chinada High Command realized even more so after his return from political asylum and the genesis of the project in early March 2004 its militarized totalitarian governance and what that and trans-generational corruption entailed were going to be challenged and eventually fundamentally altered. In the deluded belief the coalition would fail, it began building a massive symbol of victory in the heart of the city that was featured in Nicole Kidman’s ‘Dogville’ – a film that hit Canadian movie theaters in May ’04 and which threatened lethal military force and capital punishment.
After two adjacent parcels of land in downtown Vancouver were designated in November 2003 to be the headquarters for the International E.R. Memorial Centre, Canada’s China-married political and corporate elite began plans to construct a most convincing symbol of its determination to follow-through with every nefarious policy, agenda, interest and objective identified in the Fiefdom treatise.
The Shangri-La is now complete. And it stands like a glistening beacon of victory for all those in the public, quasi-public and private sectors committed to maintaining the local, regional and national status quo of profound and historic illegality, moral perversion of the most egregious kind and global domination for fiefdom-totalitarian commu-nazi genocidal racism.
